Machines sell on the follow-up, not the first click.

Long buying cycles, big tickets, and buyers who research for weeks before they ever call. We make sure you're the dealer they call.

Where the money leaks

Where the sale slips away.

01

Inventory nobody can find

Model pages that don't rank for the exact machine a contractor is searching for.

02

Quote requests that sit

A form comes in Friday afternoon and nobody touches it until Tuesday.

03

Anonymous traffic

Most visitors browse inventory and leave without ever filling out a form.

04

No cadence

Reps follow up once, maybe twice, on a deal that takes months to close.

What we install

The fix, built for your industry.

01

Model pages and smart quote buttons

Quote forms that pre-select the exact machine, so the lead arrives already qualified.

02

Search content buyers actually look for

Pages and articles built around the models, attachments and job types contractors search — written for Google and AI search.

03

Instant response and one pipeline

Every quote request answered fast and tracked in a CRM pipeline every rep works from, with a cadence that matches a long sales cycle.

04

Visitor identification options

Ways to turn anonymous inventory browsers into contactable leads.

05

Parts, service and rental capture

So the relationship doesn't end at the sale.

How we work

It starts with understanding your business. Everything else follows from that.

Ads, websites, and software are the easy part. What actually moves your bottom line is knowing where your business is losing money and why. That's why the most important hour we spend together is the first one.

01

Discovery

Book a call online, or meet in person — at your location or somewhere convenient for both of us. We learn how your business actually runs:

  • Where your bottlenecks are and where money is leaking
  • Your operating procedures, and how your team works day to day
  • Your current marketing: what's running, what it costs, what it produces
  • How your sales team handles the leads that come in, and how fast
  • How your website and search visibility perform
  • What your social media presence looks like
The centerpiece
02

The plan

We come back with a plan built around one goal: revenue and return for the owner. Not activity, not vanity numbers. You review it and approve it.

03

We run it

Once the plan is approved, you let us execute it as designed. Strategies only work when they're carried out the way they were built, so this is the one thing we ask of every client. In return, you get clear, regular reporting on what's working and what it's producing.

04

An ongoing partnership

After launch we stay on it: refining, reporting, and adjusting as your business grows. The goal is a long-term relationship, not a one-time project.

Who’s behind it

Built by someone who sat in your chair.

I'm Trae Sepulveda, and I run BLK PHNX Marketing. Before this, I was a BDC director — the person responsible for what happens to a lead after it comes in. I've watched good leads go cold between the form fill and the follow-up call more times than I can count.

That's why we build the marketing and the follow-up together, and why every engagement starts with how your business actually runs. You work with me directly, not an account manager reading from a script.

Questions

Heavy Equipment: common questions

Can you work with the inventory platform we already have?
Usually, yes. We look at what your current inventory system can and can't do, then either build around it or recommend replacing it — and explain the trade-off before you decide.
How do you get our machines to show up in search?
By giving each model, attachment and application its own useful page, with the details buyers compare, structured so search engines and AI assistants can read it.
Our sales cycle is months long. How does follow-up work?
We build a written cadence for long cycles — calls, texts and email spaced over weeks and months — and a pipeline so no quote request is forgotten.
Do you handle parts and service marketing too?
Yes. Parts, service and rental are often where the relationship is kept between machine purchases, so we include them in the plan when they matter to you.

Let's talk about your business

A discovery conversation first — what you're spending, what's coming in, and what happens to it after it does. If there's nothing to fix, we'll tell you that.
